As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns. With your unwavering dedication, you'll have the opportunity to have real world experience on a larger scale refining your skills.

Daily, you will do the following:

• Assist with planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
• Regularly support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content such as but not limited to video shoots, reels, product videos, training videos, and more
• Coordinate all monthly sales launches
• Manage and funnel assets coordination with designers, writers, and paid ad specialist
• Responsible for planning and marketing for new product launches
• All other duties as assigned.

To excel in this role, you'll bring an energetic, resourceful, and dedicated approach to customer success.

You will also need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• 2 years of marketing and event coordinating experience preferred
• Knowledge in funnel Marketing, paid advertisements, campaigns, e.t.c.
• Proficient writing ability is a MUST
• Impressive attention to detail is a MUST
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
